In this Analytics Engineer role, you own the domain's data warehouse and set standards for modeling, structuring, and consumption. You’ll build a semantic layer to enable AI agents and stakeholders to access trusted data assets. Working within a Domain-Driven Design approach, you’ll align Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver robust data products and maintain architectural coherence.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to drive data quality, reliability, and scalable analytics that support global business growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Partner with the business to gather requirements and define technical action plans for data products
- Lead projects from definition to delivery, including stakeholder impact and testing strategies
- Split between strategic roadmap and hands-on delivery, architecting multi-domain solutions and fixes




- Proactively monitor and govern data products; design alerting to catch anomalies
- Deliver hands-on data models using modern software practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
- Reinforce best practices across the platform through collaboration
- Manage overall pipeline orchestration using Airflow (Cloud Composer)
- Promote best practices for query development, version control, code review, documentation, and testing xugodme

Responsabilidades

- 2+ years in analytics engineering with dbt, SQL, data modeling; able to create trustworthy data products
- High proficiency in SQL; build, test, and optimize complex models
- Finance domain knowledge (Pu0026L, FX, exposure, reconciliation)
- Experience with or curiosity for Domain-Driven Design and its impact on data structure
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
