KIBERone Barcelona, an international programming and digital skills school for children aged 6–14, is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Tutor / School Administrator to support our students, tutors, and families.

What we offer

- Saturdays: 09:00–18:00 or 16:00–21:30

Your responsibilities
- Support tutors during lessons and help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Assist children with educational activities, projects, and classroom tasks.
- Encourage student participation, teamwork, and positive classroom behavior.
- Organize games, challenges, and interactive activities during breaks.
- Welcome students and parents and provide information about schedules, events, and school activities.
- Prepare classrooms before lessons, ensuring that computers, materials, and learning spaces are ready.
- Organize classroom cleanup after lessons and help maintain a clean and professional environment.
- Assist with workshops, open days, holiday camps, and special events.
- Monitor attendance and complete basic administrative tasks and reports.
- Support communication between tutors, students, parents, and management.

We are looking for someone who




- Loves working with children and enjoys helping them learn and grow.
- Is energetic, patient, responsible, and reliable.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Has experience working with children as a camp counselor, activity leader, teaching assistant, coach, babysitter, animator, or in a similar role (preferred).
- Speaks Spanish at C1 level or higher.
- Has fluent English (B2+/C1 level or higher), as many of our students and parents are international families.
- Has the legal right to work in Spain.
- Is available to work afternoons and Saturdays (required).
- Has basic computer skills and is comfortable using digital tools.
