In this role you will lead regional cell therapy trial operations to accelerate patient access and trial readiness across multiple sites. You will coordinate site activation, training, and ongoing clinical workflows while ensuring quality and compliance. You’ll bridge cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, patient-centered service lines in a fast-paced, regional setting.

You will shape operational standards and partner with investigators and sites to drive timely, high-quality patient care. This role offers impact across multi-country contexts and a chance to influence how advanced therapies are delivered.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Shape regional site strategy and expansion plans to accelerate patient access and trial readiness
- Lead risk-based site activation, certification, and training programs
- Oversee end-to-end clinical workflows for cell therapy (apheresis, product handling, infusion, documentation)
- Drive quality and compliance within regulatory/accreditation frameworks (e.g., FACT); manage deviations and CAPA
- Align with Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Medical, Market Access, Compliance,



and Commercial for integrated delivery
- Build relationships with investigators, physicians, nurses, apheresis teams, labs, and site leadership to run patient-centered service lines
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain readiness; manage COI/COC processes and regional account changes
- Design and deliver training for site staff and junior team members
- Address SOP deviations and implement corrective actions; share guidelines for system-wide improvement
- Lead research and internal reporting on standards and performance to inform governance across countries
- Travel up to 50% to engage with sites and maintain oversight

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years in xugodme cell therapy with progressive leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; knowledge in Cell Therapy
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Expertise in service lines (infrastructure, resourcing, costs, quality metrics)
- Proven delivery to timelines, cost, and quality; collaboration with internal/external providers
- Excellent knowledge of cell therapy standards/regulations
- Experience selecting/overseeing external providers and developing contracts
