In this role you lead avionics projects for the Spanish NH90 variant, aligning with the broader CE project management and system integration efforts. You manage schedules, risk, and cost constraints while driving avionics qualification and integration activities. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver a coherent avionics solution. This is a hands-on position shaping integration, verification, and compliance within a high-stakes aerospace program.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Define and manage avionics project scope and schedules for the Spanish NH90 variant
- Maintain risk logs, work packages, and earned value management aligned with master project constraints
- Contribute to Development Project Definition (DPD) avionics portion in coordination with System Integration
- Monitor progress, backlog, risks and opportunities; coordinate with sub-teams and other Variant APMs
- Define avionics qualification logic and coordinate the qualification process with QA and system stakeholders




- Perform Quality Gates and support configuration management
- Provide avionics configurations for integration and qualification activities
- Support CE Project Manager System Integration and Program Manager, including customer meetings
- Coordinate sub-tasks with Equipment, System/SW and other Variant APMs; share schedules, risk logs, action lists
- Provide regular reporting to HO Avionic MAS and CE Project Manager System Integration

Responsabilidades

- Academic studies in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Informatics, Electrical xugodme Engineering or similar
- Comprehensive experience in design, development, engineering and/or integration of aircraft systems
- Experience in systems engineering, requirements engineering and avionics integration (highly beneficial)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Team spirit, good communication and stakeholder management
- Language skills: Spanish and English business fluent; knowledge of German or French is an advantage
- Eligibility for security clearance
