Although you are employed by TSS, you will be working at one of our software companies. Thus, from your very first day, you will get the chance to look inside several software organisations and carry out your work independently.

?​What will you be doing?

- As Business Controller, you are the sparring partner of management and make a substantial contribution to achieving the objectives of our business unit(s);
- You monitor business performance and influence timely corrective actions;
- On a monthly basis, you translate expectations into the Rolling Forecast, asking critical questions;
- You will support the Managing Director and the MT in formulating their pricing strategy:
- In addition,



you provide insights on possible cost control and efficiency measures;
- You will produce solicited and unsolicited, both planned and unforeseen, financial analyses that provide the MT of our business units with the insights to further improve their performance;
- You set up the business cases, identifying the financial impact of our new inactive and developments to determine whether it is a smart investment.
- The position will be based in Vic/Centelles, Catalonia, Spain.

?​Beyond that?

- 4+ years of experience;
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, especially as monthly closings are date-driven;
- Previous experience in a Big 4 is highly valued (2+ years preferred);
- Completed degree in Business Economics, Finance & Control or Accountancy;
- Experience with SAP and/or Power BI is a plus.




- Good communication skills in Spanish and English both verbally and in writing; Catalan not mandatory but a plus;
- Very good Excel skills;
