About our Company

7 CA is a holding company with a general portfolio of agricultural assets and CAOS (Commodity Autonomous Operating System), an AI-native platform designed to help farms improve profitability, productivity, and operational execution. Our agricultural footprint includes coffee, cocoa, vineyards, forestry, and other agricultural assets across multiple countries.

We are seeking an exceptional executive with deep relationships across the global agricultural industry to lead our agribusiness platform and accelerate adoption of CAOS worldwide as well as manage our existing portfolio of farms.

This is not a traditional farm management role.

We are looking for someone who knows the major growers, exporters, cooperatives, processors, traders, and supply-chain leaders across the agricultural sector and can leverage those relationships to help scale both our operations and our technology platform.

What You Will Do

- Lead a growing portfolio of agricultural businesses and assets.
- Build relationships with major producers, farm owners, cooperatives, exporters, processors, and commodity traders.
- Help commercialize CAOS as the next-generation operating platform for agriculture.
- Identify acquisition, partnership, and investment opportunities.
- Advise farm owners on operational improvement, profitability, and AI adoption.
- Represent the company with customers, investors, industry associations, and strategic partners.




- Help create one of the world's leading AI-enabled agricultural platforms.

Ideal Candidate

You likely have experience in organizations such as:

- Volcafe
- Sucafina
- Louis Dreyfus Company
- Olam
- Neumann Kaffee Gruppe
- ED&F; Man
- Major coffee, cocoa, forestry, sugar, or agricultural trading organizations

You have

- 15 years of leadership experience within agricultural supply chains.
- Deep relationships with producers and agricultural enterprises across multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of farm economics, commodity markets, quality, logistics, and sourcing.
- Experience managing large farms.
- Proven business development and partnership skills.
- Credibility with farm owners, agricultural executives, and investors.
- Strong interest in AI and technology-enabled business models.
