Share PLM is looking for a skilled Change Enablement & Facilitation Consultant to join our international team!

We are looking for a Change Enablement & Facilitation Consultant who can help our customers successfully adopt new ways of working as part of their digital transformation journeys.

Share PLM is a growing technology consulting company specialising in people-centred transformation. We support organisations through consulting, change enablement, learning and communication services that help people understand, adopt and gain value from new processes and technologies.

Our customers are based across Europe and the US and operate in a variety of industrial sectors. Our international team works 100% remotely, giving you the flexibility to organise your working day while collaborating with colleagues and customers across different countries and cultures.

Your role

You will work closely with our customers to understand how transformation will affect their people, processes and ways of working. You will design and facilitate engaging workshops, translate stakeholder input into practical recommendations and support the delivery of change initiatives from planning through to adoption.

Facilitation will be a central part of this role. We are looking for someone who can confidently guide conversations, create an inclusive environment, challenge constructively and help groups move towards clear decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops with stakeholders at different organisational levels
- Create workshop agendas, activities,



facilitation materials and clear follow-up reports
- Support the development and delivery of change enablement strategies and plans
- Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement, awareness and communication activities
- Support the development of learning and adoption strategies
- Build trusted relationships with customer teams and advise them throughout their transformation journeys
- Translate complex discussions and workshop findings into practical recommendations and actions
- Monitor engagement, adoption and change-related KPIs

You could be a great fit if:

- You have proven experience in change management, organisational change, transformation consulting or a related field
- You have excellent facilitation skills and experience leading both virtual and in-person workshops
- You can listen carefully, ask strong questions and turn complex input into clear actions
- You have strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- You are fluent in English (knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus)
- You are comfortable working independently in a fully remote and international environment
- You are based in Spain
- You are willing to travel occasionally for customer workshops and team activities
