We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader in the world of gastronomy, passionate about service excellence and culinary innovation, with fluent Spanish and English skills. As Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for defining, leading, and elevating the resort's overall Food & Beverage strategy, ensuring a cohesive, profitable dining offering aligned with the highest luxury standards.

Your leadership will play a key role in inspiring multidisciplinary teams, enhancing the guest experience, and strengthening the resort's position as a world-class gastronomic destination.

Your Responsibilities Will Include...

Define and execute the resort's comprehensive Food & Beverage strategy, aligned with The Ritz-Carlton vision and Gold Standards.
Lead and oversee all restaurant, bar, banquet, event, in-room dining, and specialty dining operations.
Ensure exceptional, innovative, and memorable dining experiences at every guest touchpoint.
Build, lead,



and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and engagement.
Drive departmental profitability through strategic budget management, cost control, margin optimization, and inventory management.
Analyze financial performance and guest satisfaction metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Revenue Management teams to position and promote the resort's dining concepts.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, presentation guidelines, food safety regulations (HACCP), and all applicable legal requirements.
Drive culinary innovation by identifying market trends and developing unique dining experiences that reinforce the resort's reputation.
Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning across the Food & Beverage division.
