You lead the Aragón data center region, building and guiding a high-performing team to ensure safety, availability, and efficiency in a 24/7 operation. You shape regional operational strategy aligned with AWS standards while adapting to rapid growth. You drive process improvements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to scale infrastructure. This leadership role offers the chance to build a new region from the ground up and impact general operational excellence.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Build, lead, and develop a team of Data Center Managers and 100+ associates; recruit and grow leaders
- Define and execute the regional operational strategy aligned with AWS standards




- Own operational KPIs; drive safety, availability, and efficiency improvements
- Plan and execute data center build-out operations for regional expansion
- Lead incident management for Large Scale Events and act as call leader
- Collaborate across AWS teams to share best practices and contribute to global standards
