Description AWS is investing €33.7 billion in Aragón, Spain — one of the largest infrastructure investments in the regions history. This is a senior leadership role where youll own safety, security, availability, scaling, costs, and efficiency across a 24/7 operation. Youll lead the team responsible for installing, maintaining, and decommissioning network and server equipment — but your primary focus is people.

Previous data center experience is not required. Build, lead, and develop a team of Data Center Managers and 100+ associates.

Strategic Vision: Define and execute the operational strategy for the Aragón region, aligning with AWS integral standards while adapting to local growth demands.

Scaling & Expansion: Plan and execute the operations component of new data center build-outs as the region grows, ensuring readiness from day one. Cross-functional Collaboration:



Work across AWS teams to share best practices globally and ensure the region benefits from — and contributes to — operational excellence worldwide.
