We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our platform. This is a high‑impact, high‑autonomy role where you’ll work directly with the CEO, engineering, business development, and customers to shape what we build and how we bring it to market.
At Parallel, product quality and user experience are non‑negotiable. Identify opportunities for new features and product improvements through customer research, data analysis, and market trends.
Collaborate closely with engineering and business development throughout the development cycle — from discovery to delivery, incorporating BD feedback to ensure the product aligns with market needs and customer expectations.
Define success metrics for features and monitor post-launch performance.
Create and maintain enablement assets: product guides, release notes,



onboarding materials, training decks, and demo scripts.
contribute to webinars, blog posts, product one‑pagers, use‑case content, and GTM launches.
Excellent PRD and spec writing skills.
You’re comfortable working in Figma or an AI tool to create wireframes, annotate flows, and design mockups — we don’t have a dedicated design team, so you’ll own the product design process.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
You’ve worked in early‑stage or high‑growth environments and know how to make progress when not everything is perfectly defined.
