Technical Lead Sterile Products
Barcelona, Spain (FTE, 4 days office)
Join our External Supply Organization (ESO) Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T;) team as a Technical Lead Sterile Products . In this role, you will act as the technical expert for sterile manufacturing processes, partnering with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, process robustness,



and operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
Provide technical stewardship for commercial products and support New Product Introductions (NPI) at CMOs.
Lead lifecycle management activities, including process, raw material, and packaging material changes.
Drive process improvements focused on quality, yield, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Support technology transfers for sterile products, injectable semi-finished products, and medical device assembly and packaging.
Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific/engineering discipline.
~8-12 years of exp erience in Manufacturing Science and Technology, with a strong focus on sterile products (injectables, biologics, medical device etc.) Proven expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes such as cell culture, fermentation, purification, sterile fill-finish, and packaging. Experience in Pharma/Biotech/Medical Devices companies
~ Ability to lead complex projects independently and influence cross‑
~ Fluency in English.
