About the Role We are looking for Strategy Consultants to join our Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on high-impact, international strategy and management consulting projects, primarily within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. Main Responsibilities As a Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Handling and delivering diverse consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors.
Supporting senior team members in business development efforts and proposal writing.




Over 95% of our projects are international in scope.
Short project cycles, providing exposure to multiple initiatives each year.
Breakfast at the office 3 days a week.
A degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics, with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic performance. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
~ Proficiency in Spanish, Gulf Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
~ A valid work permit for Spain is required.

Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context (e.g. prompt engineering, AI-assisted analysis, or AI-driven workflow automation).
