From structuring credit programmes to launching and navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We're looking for a Company Secretary to be involved in decision‑making on high‑priority crypto issues, providing expert corporate governance advice and guidance to support our growth globally.
Coordinating board and committee activities for regulated cryptoasset entities,



ensuring seamless meeting administration and governance adherence
Advising on evolving crypto‑governance frameworks, interpreting requirements under MiCA, DORA, and local regulations to drive operational compliance
A bachelor’s degree or post‑graduate qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., To hold a professional membership, such as the Chartered Governance Institute of UK & Ireland or the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales, or admission as a qualified lawyer
