As an SAP HCM Consultant , you will play a key role in delivering tailored HR and Payroll solutions for clients across various industries. You’ll work in a hybrid model, with the option to be based in Madrid, Barcelona, Albacete, Málaga, or Granada .
Implement, optimize, and support SAP HCM solutions , with a focus on Spanish Payroll .
Ensure system performance and compliance with local payroll regulations.




Stay updated on the latest SAP HCM trends to drive innovation.
3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience , including Spanish Payroll project exposure.
~ Strong understanding of payroll processes and local regulations .
~ Fluency in Spanish and/or English .
~ Hybrid work model with adaptable working hours.
