Job Summary:** JD.com is seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of hazardous goods storage, handling, and distribution within our logistics network. Manage the safe and efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of hazardous goods in accordance with national and international regulations (e.g., ADR, IATA, IMDG, local safety laws).
Ensure all warehouse staff handling hazardous goods receive appropriate training, certification, and ongoing refresher courses.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for hazardous goods, ensuring proper segregation, labeling, and documentation.
Manage a team of warehouse operatives, providing leadership, performance management, and development opportunities.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency for hazardous goods.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years specifically managing hazardous goods.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and motivating staff.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
