We are currently looking for experienced System Safety Engineers to join our international aerospace team in our Headquarter in Getafe, Madrid.
Perform and update system safety analyses for aircraft, systems, subsystems, and ground segments
Conduct safety assessments such as FHA, PSSA, SSA, FTA, FMEA, and PRA following ARP4761
Collaborate with design teams and system suppliers to ensure safety is integrated into system architectures
Contribute to safety documentation, reports, and certification activities in compliance with standards such as ARP4754A, DO-178C,



DO-254, and MIL-STD-882E
Minimum 3 years of experience in System Safety Engineering or a similar engineering role
Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related field
Experience performing safety analyses for complex aerospace systems
Strong understanding of aeronautical system operations and safety considerations
Ability to work with project-specific methods and tools in international environments
Professional proficiency in English (Spanish and/or German are a plus depending on location)
Participation in leading international aerospace & defense programs.
Performance-based evaluation in different projects.
Permanent contract.
