The Role Hyphen is looking for a Senior Architect with strong experience in the Retail sector to join our international team. The selected candidate will contribute to the end‑to‑end development of architectural projects for leading integral retail brands, ensuring high design standards, technical accuracy, and alignment with local and international requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and a proactive approach to managing complex project environments. Lead and coordinate the full development of Retail projects,



from concept design through to delivery.
Ensure high technical quality and consistency across all project phases.
Produce, review, and manage BIM models and technical documentation using Revit at an advanced level.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between multidisciplinary teams across Hyphen’s international network.
Ensure compliance with Spanish building regulations and applicable international standards.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Degree in Architecture.
~7+ years of professional experience, ideally with a strong focus on Retail projects.
~ Proven experience coordinating international projects and multicultural teams.
~ Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
~ Strong experience working in BIM environments.
~ Excellent command of Spanish building regulations and familiarity with international standards.
~ Experience with multisite or roll‑out retail projects is a plus.
~ Experience in fast delivery – agile projects.
~ High level of English (C1 or equivalent) — essential for client communication.
