As Department Manager of our beautiful Casa Barcelona, you will take ownership of a department’s performance, leading and proactively coaching a team of client advisors to achieve their individual, the department, and the stores targets. You will support the Store Manager with developing new and existing Clients. Lead the team to drive and deliver business goals, creating a positive, enjoyable work environment which fosters cooperation and excellence.
Define individual and team goals and targets, regularly reviewing, managing, and coaching performance against the expectations.
Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager, securing succession plans to enable this.
Communicate with passion and inspire the team on company messages and information during morning briefings, training, and one to one meetings.
Provide support and guidance to new joiners to ensure their onboarding path is fully completed so their integration into the company is positive.
Manage the customer flow to ensure each client is given the correct level of service and no client is left unattended or unacknowledged.
Develop the customer database through optimizing data capture rate and integrity.




Focus on driving sales for an assigned category, analyzing performance and creating actions to improve and grow performance.
Grow the team's technical knowledge of the product category to increase KPI performance; Sales, Cross Selling, UPT, etc.
Share feedback with the regional team on the performance, customer feedback and market insights of the assigned product category.
Lead the store in the absence of more senior management, opening and closing the store, resolving difficult clients, escalating or seeking support where necessary.
Maintain inventory and be responsible for inventory management.
Strong and demonstratable commercial acumen.
Ability to be agile, creative, and commercial in solution development.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
