We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to own our System Integration domain — covering connectivity and the data ingestion platform that forms the integration layer between Omada and the systems it connects to.
We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds — whether you have worked as a product owner, solution architect, or senior IGA implementation consultant, what matters most is deep hands-on experience in the identity space and the ability to make good product decisions.
This position is open to candidates based in Copenhagen, Alicante, Warsaw or remotely from Europe.
You will partner closely with the Engineering Manager for the System Integration team and collaborate with product owners, sales, and customer success across the organization.
Own and prioritize the product backlog for the System Integration domain, including connectivity and the data ingestion platform.
Participate actively in sprint planning, refinement, and reviews — coming prepared with prioritized, well-defined backlog items and clear acceptance criteria.
Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate actively with other product owners to keep delivery aligned.
Deep hands-on experience with IGA or IAM — you have worked with identity governance platforms in a meaningful capacity and understand enterprise integration in regulated environments.
A background in one or more of the following:



product ownership on a B2B SaaS platform, solution architecture for IGA or IAM systems, or senior IGA implementation consulting.
Experience working in agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder communication
Connector frameworks and integration standards, including REST, SOAP, SCIM, and enterprise systems such as Entra ID and SAP.
Technical literacy sufficient to hold substantive conversations with engineers about API design, data ingestion pipelines, and integration trade-offs.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
A senior product ownership role with real influence over a strategically critical domain.
