We are looking for a DevOps Engineer focused on automation and reliability to build and operate our CI/CD pipelines and on‑premises platforms while ensuring robust monitoring, support, and system stability.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the deployment of software across sites and datacenters.
Operate and evolve our on-premises Kubernetes and legacy platform hosting applications.
Drive consistency of deployed software and configuration across sites by automating deployments and infrastructure provisioning (Infrastructure as Code).
Reliability, Monitoring & Support
Set up and maintain consistent monitoring, logging, and alerting
lead escalations, route issues to the right teams, and drive them to resolution.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Post-Mortems with operations teams; Support automated testing of new software releases and engage in performance analysis and system tuning.
Several years of experience in DevOps, SRE,



IT operations, or production software engineering. Prior IT Service Desk / 2nd-level support experience is a plus.
Hands‑on experience operating Kubernetes on‑premises (cluster lifecycle, networking, storage, security).
GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Helm).
Solid system administration in both Linux and Windows ecosystems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).
Experience operating and troubleshooting Java applications in production environments.
Databases: Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and/or Oracle.
Virtualization & Networking: Experience with VMware ESXi; basic LAN/network troubleshooting.
Software Engineering fundamentals: understanding of microservices and data architectures.
Observability: experience with monitoring/alerting stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Quality‑conscious, organized, and solution‑oriented.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
