Currently, PandaDoc is seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Intelligence Hub Track and lead some of our AI teams.
We build the AI platform that various domain teams at PandaDoc can use, build the data pipelines to power the intelligence, work on new powerful intelligent search, and enable domain teams to build and integrate AI agents. Someone who is ready to establish persistent “teams + customers” connections and provide regular value delivery in self‑organised teams, ready to contribute with a technology‑agnostic approach and full quality ownership in a integral continuous learning company.

Challenge engineers to think critically about solutions, raise the bar on engineering craft, and drive quality improvements directly.

Over 8 years of engineering experience, including relevant experience in a team leader or engineering manager role.
Previously worked as a Software Engineer.
