We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce CRM Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in both transforming and standardizing our CRM landscape globally, while supporting ongoing rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Overview The Salesforce CRM Analyst will be responsible for supporting the redesign, evolution, and global deployment of Salesforce solutions across all regions. This role goes beyond implementation and includes reimagining end-to-end CRM processes, driving standardization, and improving system adoption and performance globally.

You will work closely with the Global CRM Lead, regional analysts, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that Salesforce capabilities align with global business objectives while allowing for necessary local flexibility.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise, business process acumen, and a transformation mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable global solutions.

CRM Transformation & Global Design

Lead and contribute to the end-to-end redesign of CRM processes, focusing on harmonization, scalability, and automation.

Define and maintain global CRM standards, governance, and best practices.

Ensure alignment between regional needs and global template, avoiding over-customization.

Drive continuous improvement and long-term CRM strategy and roadmap alignment.

Platform Leadership & Maintenance (Europe Scope)

Manage day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform for live divisions, ensuring performance, stability, and security.





Act as the primary technical expert for Salesforce CRM, combining architecture oversight with hands-on support.

Partner with global teams and product owners to ensure alignment on governance, data integrity, and scalability.

Minimize reliance on external vendors by building internal technical expertise and sustainable solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and bugs.

Prepare Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate new solutions and enhancements.

Collaborate with Data Stewards on data quality, deduplication, and cleansing activities.

Perform or support advanced data imports and data operations.

Report on platform health, risks, and initiative progress to stakeholders.

Salesforce Development & Technical Ownership

Design and implement custom solutions using: Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), SOQL/SOSL.

Balance declarative vs programmatic development to optimize performance and maintainability.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices (governor limits, security, scalability).

Contribute to integration design and implementation (APIs, SAP/ERP connections).

Support CI/CD, release management, and version control processes.

Project Delivery & Rollouts

Lead or support CRM projects across regions (especially Europe), ensuring: Timeline adherence.

Work in Agile frameworks, managing user stories, backlog, and sprint deliverables.

Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, process design, and solution alignment.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on implementation and delivery.

Support stakeholders and IT leadership with vendor coordination and solution validation.

Enhancements & Roadmap Development

Develop and maintain the CRM roadmap aligned with global strategy and regional priorities.





Identify and implement high-value enhancements, including: Automation processes, UX improvements, Advanced reporting and dashboards.

Lead system upgrades, releases, and change management activities.

Ensure comprehensive documentation, including user stories, technical specs, and process documentation.

Support global data governance, standardization, and quality frameworks.

Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Lead or support: Data migration and mapping, Data cleansing and deduplication, Data validation and monitoring.

Collaborate with data roles (Data Engineer, Data Steward).

Change Management & Adoption

Act as the voice of the user community, ensuring business needs are reflected in CRM evolution.

Drive user adoption and engagement across regions.

Track and report usage, adoption, and CRM KPIs.

Deliver training and enablement programs for new and existing users.

Act as a key liaison between business and IT teams.

Position Requirements

General

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management in global, cross-functional environments.

Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 5+ years experience in Salesforce CRM roles.

CRM transformation / redesign

Integral or multi-region CRM programs

Technical Skills

Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Advanced Salesforce administration and configuration skills.

Apex

Strong knowledge of: SOQL/SOSL, Security model (profiles, roles, permission sets).

Experience with integrations (APIs, SAP/ERP systems).

Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD tools and release management processes.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications (Administrator + Platform Developer I/II preferred).

Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps). xugodme

Experience in complex enterprise CRM ecosystems
