About the role
Within the Global Digital Growth department, and under the Head of Digital Marketing, the Head of Online Acquisition & Retention is responsible for leading the internal execution of the global digital marketing strategy across all online acquisition and retention channels - including paid and organic search, content marketing, programmatic media, CRM/email, audio, CTV, and emerging digital channels.
This role directly manages a team of channel specialists across three regions (Americas, Europe, APAC) and serves as the single point of accountability for ensuring the Global Operating Model is executed locally through channel owners.
This role owns the internal channel experts who ensure strategy is translated into consistent, high-quality execution across all markets and works closely with Regional Digital Marketing Managers (oversees external agencies), creative teams, analytics,



and product teams to drive cross-market consistency, performance standards, and capability development.
Reports directly to the Head of Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Global Channel Execution Leadership
- Lead and inspire a team of seven channel specialists across three regions (Americas, Europe, APAC), fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture
- Ensure the Global Operating Model is being executed correctly in each channel and market through direct management of channel owners
- Set global execution standards, performance benchmarks, and best practices across all online acquisition and retention channels
- Drive cross-market consistency in channel execution while allowing for local market nuances, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations
