Role Summary

We're looking for a skilled and hands-on
3D Artist
to create high-quality, visually engaging 3D assets for our mobile game prototypes.

You'll work closely with artists, game designers, and programmers to take ideas from concept through to implementation, creating assets that look great while remaining optimized for mobile performance.

This role is a great fit for someone who is versatile, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced game development environment where priorities can move quickly and experimentation is part of the process.





Responsibilities
3D Art & Production
- Create, model, texture, and optimize high-quality 3D assets for Unity
- Create props, environments, and characters based on the needs and visual direction of each game
- Take assets from initial concept through to implementation-ready delivery
- Ensure assets meet both artistic quality and technical performance requirements
- Optimize models, textures, materials, and other assets for mobile platforms
- Support lighting, materials, shaders, and scene presentation where needed
- Maintain consistency in visual quality and style across game assets

Collaboration & Game Development
- Work closely with artists, designers, and programmers to understand gameplay requirements and translate ideas into effective visual solutions
- Contribute creatively to prototypes and help explore different visual directions and styles
- Collaborate with programmers to ensure asse
