In this Data Scientist role within People Analytics, you drive integral analytics projects that inform Talent, Performance, and Culture decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end insights and predictive models that support workforce planning. - Lead cross-functional, global analytics projects from requirements to insights delivery
- Develop statistical and machine learning models to generate actionable workforce insights
- Build predictive solutions using Python, R, Snowflake, NoSQL,



and data lakes
- Create meaningful KPIs and visualizations with Power BI, Advanced Excel, and VBA

Responsabilidades

- Strong quantitative skills with experience working on large datasets
- Programming experience xugodme in R, Python, or MS Azure for analytics
- Practical ML/AI and NLP knowledge
- Understanding of SDLC and ETL processes in data projects
- Ability to craft narratives from complex data and deliver decision-ready insights
- Experience delivering end-to-end decision science solutions with consulting exposure
- Bachelor's or Master's in a related field and proficient English communication
