What You'll Do

Dealer Marketing

- Act as the main point of contact between the Marketing department and the dealer network.

- Coordinate local marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Manage requests for marketing materials and assets.

- Ensure the correct implementation of GWM brand guidelines across the dealer network.

- Support dealership openings, launch events and local marketing activities.

- Manage dealer marketing funds and related administrative processes.

- Coordinate external agencies and suppliers.

Sponsorships & Brand Activations

- Coordinate national and local sponsorship activities.

- Manage the logistics of local activations and events.

- Coordinate promotional materials.

- Liaise with suppliers and external partners.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activations.

Project Coordination & Administration

- Manage project timelines and calendars.

- Control assigned budgets.

- Process purchase orders and invoices.

- Prepare activity and performance reports.

- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Dealer Marketing, Events or Operational Marketing.

- Experience coordinating projects and/or working with a dealer, retail or distributor network in auto sector.

- Professional level of English.

- Advanced knowledge of Office and related tools.

- Willingness to travel frequently across Spain.

Experience in the automotive industry, retail or companies operating through a dealer or distribution network will be considered a strong advantage.
