MSR Marketing is a growing boutique marketing agency based in Valencia, working with clients across Europe.

We combine strategic thinking, creativity and hands-on digital marketing execution. We are a small, ambitious team that values quality, responsibility, initiative and a positive working environment.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can work independently, take ownership and contribute across different client projects.

The role

You will be responsible for a variety of hands-on digital marketing activities, including:

- Planning, managing and optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Publishing and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social channels
- Making simple updates and content edits in WordPress
- Creating digital content using tools such as Canva
- Supporting SEO, email marketing and other digital campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key KPIs
- Participating in and independently running client meetings in both Spanish and English
- Bringing ideas and proactively identifying opportunities and improvements

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2–3 years of practical digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency,



freelance or marketing team environment
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Confident managing social media publishing and content
- Comfortable making basic WordPress edits
- Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Able to run client meetings independently in both languages
- Able to commute to our Valencia office
- Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset

We care more about demonstrated skills and experience than having the perfect qualifications. Attitude is everything.

A portfolio or examples of previous work are highly valued.

Norwegian language skills are a plus.
