YOUR TASKS:

* Lead the execution, evaluation, and ongoing maintenance of the Health and
Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with the applicable regulation.




* Maintain Health & Safety documentation and track key metrics (accident
reports, training records, safety protocols, operational procedures, etc).
* Serve as the main safety and prevention technical contact for Schwarz Digits
Spain, the External Prevention Service, the Work Accident Health Insurance,
and the Labor Authority.
* Lead internal and external health and safety audits and inspections.
* Conduct investigations for workplace incidents and accidents, implementing
corrective and preventive actions.
* Manage health surveillance, medical check-ups, and health promotion actions.
* Manage Business Activity Coordination (Coordinación de Actividades
Empresariales).
* Carrying out risk assessments, ergonomic self evaluations for remote work
setups, and office hygiene assessments.
* Develop and maintain the Emergency Plan, manage the emergency team, and
organize periodic evacuation drills.
