We are looking for a Middle Office & Business Intelligence Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the Value Chain team by providing reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence insights that help drive informed business decisions. You will gain valuable exposure to risk management, reporting processes,



data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic international business.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and validate daily commodity and freight risk position reports.
Perform reconciliations across multiple systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Support the preparation and distribution of consolidated risk position reporting.
Develop and improve reporting solutions, with a focus on automation and standardisation.
Monitor and analyse data quality, ensuring robust controls and compliance with internal requirements.
Prepare legal entity and value chain reporting, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Support pricing activities, including calculations, system uploads, and validation controls.
Review and monitor mark-to-market calculations, investigating and correcting issues where required.
Assist with contract monitoring and reconciliation activities.
