Entry level position into meeting & events industry. This role will be responsible for review and processing of event-based contracts through the client’s online application for internal review and approvals.
Skill set and requirements include strong verbal and written communication, confidence working in a variety of computer applications, ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work well in a team environment and individually. Willingness to learn and take on other areas of the business to support onsite Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Coordinator based on customer needs.
This is a fully remote role; you need to be based in Poland or Spain.
What you'll be doing:
Meets all deadlines as established by Team Leader.
Maintains accurate records, data input,



and complete file management as outlined in American Express GBT and client policies and procedures.
Actively participate to improve inter-departmental processes, systems, and communications.
What we're looking for:
Fluency in English and German
At least 1 year of event management experience
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Proven organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple demands.
Ability to work accurately and timely – to meet deadlines.
Ability to be flexible and handle change well.
