Product Manager who can work with enterprise customers and win business with enterprise and data center solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

Work with design, Validation engineers and System PM's to support New AMD CPU/GPU Product Introductions (NPI)
Ability to work on AI, Agentic AI, GPU, and CPU related server product lines
Work directly with customers. Sales Reps, FAEs and onsite team to resolve issues relating to motherboard, server systems, computer peripherals, and software
Work with various internal teams, R&D; HW, SW, and production to resolve technical issues
Use AI to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot HW/SW related field issues, establish a root cause, and propose a suitable solution
Acts as the product expert, with deep technical understanding, engaging with both the product support team and development team to provide correct product solutions to customers
