Your Role:
As Senior Sales Representative, you will manage sales operations and territory development for the ruminant and swine businesses across Castilla y León and the Cantabrian Coast. In this role,



you will build value-added partnerships with veterinarians, producers, integrators and distributors, using your technical knowledge of animal health and nutrition to deliver customer value and achieve sales and market share growth.
Your Responsibilities:
Achieve sales objectives and drive demand generation across the assigned territory by developing and executing customer plans for targeted accounts.
Build consultative relationships with key decision-makers in the ruminant and swine sectors and provide tailored technical and commercial solutions.
Deliver product presentations, technical seminars and value-added projects that support customer efficiency and profitability.
Coordinate commercial and technical initiatives with Marketing, Technical Services and external partners to support an integrated market approach.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing accurate feedback and reports to management.
