Key responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding – Execute customer onboarding activities, ensuring accurate collection, validation, and maintenance of customer master data.
Order Management – Maintain order-related records and support timely, accurate updates within ERP and CRM systems to ensure operational excellence.
Customer Support – Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex topics to senior team members when needed.
Customer Communication – Support proactive communication with customers regarding product availability, delivery updates, and service-related changes.




System & Invoicing Support – Assist with system training activities and support customer invoicing processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Billing & Inventory Coordination – Support customer inventory tracking and billing activities, including coordination of invoice clarifications and basic credit-related actions.
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement – Escalate operational issues appropriately, contribute to accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives through feedback and process observations.
We expect:
Educational Background – Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Customer Care Expertise – Initial professional experience in Customer Care, including customer onboarding, master data maintenance, and customer lifecycle support.
Customer Service & Communication – Confidently handle customer inquiries and complaints
