Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in complex, international environments and enjoys partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational transformation? We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our European Corporate Functions organization during an exciting period of growth, integration, and change.

In this role, you will partner with leaders across Europe, supporting employees within Corporate Functions, including Finance, Legal, Risk, and HR. Based in Barcelona, you will work closely with regional and local HR teams to ensure integral people strategies are successfully embedded across multiple countries and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic partner to the business,



focused on driving measurable outcomes through talent, organization, and workforce strategies.
Partner with business leaders and clients to support workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational priorities across European Corporate Functions.
Ensure the right talent is in the right roles through effective organizational design, succession planning, and role clarity.
Implement, embed, and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management solutions, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
Provide coaching and development support to leaders, helping strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, and business performance.
Drive core HR processes through the business, ensuring consistent execution of global frameworks with strong regional and local alignment.
