Tasks Translate our mycelium-based production from pilot-scale to industrial-grade manufacturing. Your primary responsibility is to design, validate, and implement scalable production processes, ensuring that our Solid-State Fermentation (SSF), upstream and downstream processing (DSP) can operate reliably at commercial scale.
You will work hands-on with our pilot plant team, upgrade current processes to industrial, and build the technical backbone required for scaling—whether executed internally or via selected external partners.
