Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and we need practitioners who understand how security policies, compliance programs, audits, and risk management actually work inside real organizations.

What You'll Do

- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
- Classify and evaluate real-world compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
- Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems
- Apply your professional judgment to identify nuanced gaps, misclassifications, and edge cases

Who You Are





- 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
- Solid familiarity with one or more frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or similar
- Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy and audit-style documentation
- Detail-oriented with precise, well-structured written reasoning
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on asynchronous tasks

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk management
- Experience writing or reviewing security control narratives or risk assessments
