As Group Product Manager at Liferay, you will own the strategy and outcomes for key domains within the Enterprise DXP. You bridge executive vision with execution, guiding long-term decisions and mentoring product managers to deliver measurable business value. You’ll lead cross-domain roadmaps, prioritize tradeoffs, and align stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.

You shape market-driven features and GTM readiness, driving innovation at scale in a collaborative, open-source environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Define and execute a multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Arbitrate priorities and resource tradeoffs across product areas for maximum business value
- Serve as primary contact to executive leadership and cross-functional partners for strategy, roadmap, and results
- Drive delivery by partnering with Engineering and Project Management to ship features on schedule
- Conduct customer interviews, market analysis,



and competitive reviews to validate decisions
- Ensure GTM readiness across Legal, Marketing, Operations, and other departments on a quarterly basis
- Mentor and coach mid-level/associate PMs/Owners to adopt best practices and data-informed decision-making

Responsabilidades

- 7+ years of product management experience in complex B2B software, enterprise SaaS, or DXP
- Ability to bridge business goals with complex technical architecture and engage in deep technical discussions
- Proven track xugodme record leading cross-functional delivery teams using Agile/Scrum
- Experience coaching or managing other Product Managers, Product Owners, or Designers
- Excellent written and verbal English communication with experience presenting to senior executives
- willingness to travel to customer and non-customer sites
