About LUX Tennis

Founded in 2017, LUX Tennis is one of the leading international sports management companies specialising in tennis, padel and pickleball within the luxury hospitality industry.

Today, the Group operates in more than 45 luxury resorts across over 20 countries worldwide through five legal entities in Spain, Switzerland, Morocco, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. In addition to resort operations, LUX Tennis organises more than 30 LT Star Events each year and is expanding its LUX Tennis Membership Club.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the founders, the Head of Finance will lead the Finance Department and oversee all financial activities across the Group. This is a hands-on leadership role combining operational finance, international financial management and strategic business support. You will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of an ambitious and fast-growing international company.

What You'll Do

- Lead the Finance Department across all Group entities.
- Manage revenue collection, invoicing, payments, treasury and cash flow.
- Coordinate external accountants, tax advisors and auditors across multiple countries.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting, budgets, forecasts and KPI dashboards.
- Ensure compliance, financial controls and efficient finance processes.
- Support the Group Holding structure, international expansion and strategic projects.
- Improve finance systems, reporting and automation.
- Oversee the financial administration of the LUX Tennis Membership Club.




- Present financial performance and recommendations directly to the founders.
- Supervise a Finance Intern or Junior Finance Assistant as the business grows.

Working Arrangement

This is a fully remote, self-employed engagement. You will need to be registered as self-employed (or equivalent) in your country of residence and invoice the Group monthly. If you value autonomy and want senior-level scope without corporate layers, this structure works in your favour.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
- Fluent English is required. Spanish and/or French an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within hospitality, sports management or a service-driven international business.
- Experience in an international or multi-entity environment.
- Ability to design, manage and monitor budgeting frameworks across multiple projects or locations.
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance and internal controls.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced international environment.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
