As a Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will support business, employees and the Pu0026amp;C team by delivering accurate, timely HR and payroll services aligned with PMI guidelines and local law. You’ll advise on Pu0026amp;C services and aim to enhance the employee experience with a center-focused approach. The role involves managing payroll, benefits, HR administration, and participation in local/global HR projects.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external providers to ensure compliant, efficient operations that scale with our transformation journey.

- Payroll advisory and resolution for complex issues ensuring policy and statutory compliance
- Manage local payroll change requests and coordinate with stakeholders for accurate implementation
- Coordinate Spanish payroll cycles with stakeholders to ensure timeliness and accuracy
- Vendor management including SLAs and issue escalation
- Benefits administration and vendor management (pension, health insurance, meal allowances, flexible retribution)
- Employee and People Managers support on employment processes (terminations, contracts, leaves)
- Hiring administration processes (Social Security communications, contracts templates)
- Garnishment processes and documentation handling
- Time control system administration and external vendor coordination
- Labor advisory to Pu0026C Business Partner/Business Managers
- Participate in HR projects (local and global)
- Develop and deliver payroll and HR metrics reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Support mobility processes (national and international)
- Collaborate with local/integral HR teams and providers
Responsabilidades
- EU Work permit
- University degree in labor relations, law, or another relevant field
- +5 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of Spain payroll regulations xugodme and reporting
- Experience with HR systems: SAP or SuccessFactors
- Experience with labor law in Spain and HR administration
- International company and professional services/consultancy background desirable
- Languages: Spanish and English (C1)
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to balance speed and attention to detail
- Proactive, good communicator, organized, able to work independently and in a team
- Relocation support/visa sponsorship not provided
- Must have legal right to work in Spain
