We are looking for an HR & Quality Specialist to join our team and support the development of our people, company culture and quality processes.
This role combines Human Resources, company culture, quality and compliance, helping ensure that we continue growing while maintaining strong internal standards, processes and values.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate and improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support employees throughout their lifecycle within the company.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures and internal documentation.
- Coordinate training, professional development and employee feedback initiatives.
- Support management with people-related and workforce planning activities.
Culture & Company Values
- Help define, promote and reinforce the company's values and culture.
- Support initiatives that ensure company values are reflected in day-to-day behaviours and ways of working.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, collaboration and internal communication.
- Help maintain a strong company culture as the organisation grows.
Quality & Compliance
- Support and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO standards and certifications.
- Support the preparation of internal and external audits.
- Maintain internal procedures, policies and quality documentation.
- Identify improvement opportunities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Help ensure employees understand and follow the company's quality processes and procedures.
Health & Safety / PRL
- Coordinate Occupational Health & Safety (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales – PRL) activities together with external prevention services.
- Ensure the required PRL documentation is properly maintained.
- Coordinate mandatory training, risk assessments, medical examinations and related activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, quality or administrative roles is a plus.
- Interest in ISO standards, quality management and internal processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, structured and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

This is a transversal position with exposure to different areas of the company and the opportunity to contribute to the development of our HR, culture and quality processes.
