RECRUITER INTERN

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for an organized, proactive and communicative Recruiter Intern to join our HR team at our Barcelona HQ.

This is a full-time internship position, with a hybrid working model of 2 days per week onsite in El Prat. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle within an international and dynamic environment.

The main tasks of the position are:

The Recruiter Intern will provide direct support to the HR team across recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to initial screening and interview coordination.

Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing

- Post job advertisements on job boards and LinkedIn
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases and professional networks
- Support the HR team in identifying relevant candidates for open positions

Candidate Screening

- Review and screen CVs against role requirements
- Shortlist candidates based on established criteria
- Support the initial stages of the recruitment process

Interview Coordination & Candidate Communication

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams




- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure candidates receive timely and clear information

Recruitment Tracking & Administration

- Keep the open roles tracker updated
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment information
- Support the HR team across ongoing recruitment activities

Position requirements:

Qualifications:

- Currently studying or recently graduated in Psychology, Human Resources, Business or a similar field
- Interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
- Fluent in English

Competences:

- Strong communication skills
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred

- Previous experience in recruitment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS
