ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the resorts high-end dining and events, including restaurants, bars, pool and in-room dining, from pre-opening through launch.
You will build a world-class F&B; team, shape menus and beverage programs, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Entertainment to deliver exceptional guest experiences for international clientele.
This is a residency-based role in Ibiza during the operating season for a luxury lifestyle destination.
