- As a Fullstack engineer in the Portals team, you'll build and evolve customer facing portals that enable secure, intuitive, and scalable self‐service experiences.
- You'll design and integrate systems that connect internal platforms—billing, CRM, product services, and support—with external users, ensuring reliable access to key workflows across the customer lifecycle.

The role
- You'll be part of a fast‐growing Engineering team of 250+ product developers, building high‐impact experiences that directly affect customer satisfaction, partner collaboration, and operational efficiency.
- You will design and develop customer‐facing portals, enabling users to manage subscriptions, access services, review account information, and interact with Factorial's platform.
- You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Finance, Sales, and Support teams to translate business needs into intuitive, scalable, and secure user experiences.
