About the Role:
As Channel Partner Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving commercial success by leading and empowering a integral network of distributors. You'll take ownership of your sales targets, motivate partners, and close deals that matter. Your mission: to help position the company's liquid biopsy solutions — powered by NGS technology — as essential tools in cancer diagnostics worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive revenue growth through distribution partners across multiple regions
- Set clear objectives and ensure accountability with each distributor
- Equip partners with the tools,



training, and messaging they need to win
- Adapt commercial strategies to meet local market needs
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its distribution network
- Identify challenges or underperformance early and take decisive action
- Collaborate internally with Marketing, Operations, Medical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution
- Champion the voice of the field within the company

What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years' experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably with hands-on distributor management
- Strong grasp of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and its role in diagnostics
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian language skillsare a big plus
- Analytical mindset — able to turn data into strategic actions
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resilient, and ready to take ownership of both
