In this role you will lead end-to-end design, delivery and ongoing improvement of SAP TM and IM within the iSHIFT program, aligning with Sanofi’s CORE model. You will own TM/IM functional design, oversee rollout across regions, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable a standardized, high-impact SAP-enabled supply chain. You’ll work in a fast-paced, global environment, driving delivery quality and rapid adoption.

This is a highly visible, transformation-focused position that shapes how Sanofi manages transportation and inventory on a worldwide scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead end-to-end design, configuration and delivery of SAP TM and IM within iSHIFT
- Convert business requirements from Supply Chain BPOs into robust SAP specifications
- Guide solution architecture for transportation planning, freight management, and inventory processes
- Ensure TM/IM integration with adjacent S/4HANA modules (EM, P2R, ICO, EWM, MM, SD, FI/CO)
- Act as functional owner for TM/IM, maintain CORE model standardization
- Manage TM/IM backlog with BPOs and Digital teams
- Oversee master data requirements for TM/IM
- Lead multi-country rollout delivery from blueprint to go-live




- Provide hypercare support and ensure business continuity post go-live
- Build relationships with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Mu0026S, BPOs and partners
- Participate in CORE governance forums and document artifacts
- Champion standardization across deployments while respecting local regulatory needs
- Define AMS transition and SLA frameworks for post-go-live operations
- Mentor and lead a team of TM/IM consultants and analysts
- Coordinate with SCI and other streams for end-to-end process coherence

Responsabilidades

- 10+ years SAP experience
- At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Expertise in SAP xugodme TM, IM, EM, ICO, P2P, P2R and related SCI modules
- Strong SAP configuration and design skills; experience with SCI processes in pharma/CPG
- Knowledge of master data, IDocs/BAPIs, and SAP interfaces with Legacy systems
- Experience in international, complex IT projects; consulting background
- Proficiency with MS Office; agile project methodologies a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
- Willingness for occasional travel (u003c10%)
