As we continue to grow, we are looking for an on-site IT Support Engineer with fluent English and a minimum of 2 years of experience in user support and IT infrastructure management, both on-site and remotely, including VIP user support.

Workplace: Tarragona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for hardware, software and end-user computing.
- Resolve, log and monitor incidents using ticketing tools.
- Provide on-site support at the plant and remote support to other group locations.
- Install, configure, update and replace IT equipment and applications.
- Provide support for meeting rooms, video conferencing systems and mobile devices.
- Manage and keep the IT asset inventory up to date.




- Provide Smart Hands / Hands & Eyes support and collaborate with external service providers.
- Provide specialized support to VIP users.
- Participate in technology projects and deployments.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Knowledge of IT environments and infrastructure in industrial plants.
- Experience or knowledge of OT (Operational Technology) is a plus.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, for international meetings. (Mandatory)
- Autonomous, proactive and customer-oriented profile, with a willingness and curiosity to learn.
- Ability to work closely with the Plant Manager and international teams.
- Availability to work on-site in Tarragona.
