Olive Tree Consulting is looking for a Junior Web Developer to support our growing advisory practice. In this role, you will work on internal tools and digital platforms that help our clients, including a major Spanish infrastructure group, organize their management rhythms and track decision-making. This is a permanent, full-time position that is conducted fully remote, allowing you to contribute to meaningful projects from your own workspace.

What you will do

- Develop and maintain web-based tools that help client teams record decisions and track project ownership.
- Write clean and functional HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for internal portals and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with our advisors to translate management frameworks into simple digital interfaces.
- Help organize and upload project documentation for our work with a major Spanish infrastructure group.
- Perform regular testing to ensure all internal sites and tools are accessible and work across different browsers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise within our digital workflows and provide simple solutions.




- Document your code and technical processes clearly so that other team members can understand the work.
- Participate in team check-ins to discuss progress and coordinate on upcoming technical needs.

- Exposure to static site generators or basic back-end logic is a plus but not required.
