As a Global Learning and Development Manager, you will shape and deliver learning strategies that build the capabilities needed for WebBeds' continued growth and success. You will work across regions and functions to create impactful learning experiences, strengthen leadership capability, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using learning technologies, data, and stakeholder partnerships to ensure employees have access to relevant, engaging, and effective development opportunities. You will help future-proof the organisation by driving capability development, supporting organisational change, and ensuring learning initiatives deliver measurable business value.

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities

- Learning strategy delivery: Lead the implementation of global learning and development strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce capability needs.
- Learning programme management: Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programmes that support professional growth, leadership development, and organisational performance.
- Stakeholder partnership: Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and Centres of Excellence to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted learning solutions.
- Leadership and talent development: Manage leadership development initiatives and support the integration of learning within broader talent and succession strategies.
- Learning innovation: Drive the adoption of modern learning approaches, technologies, and tools to enhance engagement and learning effectiveness.
- Learning technology optimisation: Oversee the management and continuous improvement of learning platforms and systems, ensuring an effective and scalable learning experience.
- Skills and competency frameworks: Develop and maintain competency and skills frameworks that support recruitment,



development, career progression, and workforce planning.
- Culture and engagement: Promote a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, wellbeing, and development across the organisation.
- Change and capability development: Equip leaders and employees with the skills and resources required to navigate business transformation and industry change.
- External partnerships: Manage relationships with learning providers and external partners, ensuring high-quality content, innovation, and return on investment.
- Performance measurement: Use data, feedback, and evaluation frameworks to measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve programmes and learner outcomes.
- Governance and compliance: Ensure learning activities support compliance requirements, regulatory obligations, and organisational standards.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in learning and development, organisational development, talent management, or a related field within a integral organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategies, leadership development programmes, and competency frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems, digital learning technologies, learning analytics, and content platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and measure programme impact.
- Experience managing complex projects, budgets, and multiple global initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across regions, functions, and levels of the organisation.
- Fluent English required.
- Experience managing external learning providers and supporting organisational change initiatives is highly desirable.
