Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Accountants Officerto join our administrative team in Denia. You will be responsible for ensuring our healthcare staff are paid accurately according to Spanish labor laws and managing the accounts receivable/payable related to our international patients and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Labor Admin (Gestión de Nóminas)
- Collect and validate monthly overtime hours in compliance with Spanish law.
- Manage alterations to payroll for employees which includes sick leave (_bajas por IT_), maternity/paternity leave, and holiday balances.
- Coordinate with our external _Gestoría_ to ensure monthly pay slips (_nóminas_) are accurate.
